Gordon Naylor

GORDON NAYLOR, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Gordon A. Naylor has for over 35 years been Executive Director of his privately owned residential treatment agency, Hatts Off Inc, which employs more than two hundred people. He has been instrumental in creating, developing and successfully implementing treatment programmes for the education and empowerment of people of all ages. The development of human potential has been the focus of his work in the fields of psychological services and residential treatment.  He has completed graduate studies in Clinical Psychology and Social Work and holds a Masters in Education.

Gordon is the founder and Executive Director of the Nancy Campbell Collegiate Institute, which opened in the fall of 1994 in Stratford, Ontario.  This is a private, international, co-educational secondary school that received a perfect 10 score according to the Fraser Institute. NCCI is a #1 ranked school out of over 800 schools in Ontario.

Gordon is president and CEO of several other companies and has lectured extensively throughout the world on education and moral leadership.  He is the Founder of Breakwell Education Inc.

   
Qurban Naylor

QURBAN NAYLOR, DIRECTOR OF SERVICES

Qurban Naylor has dedicated the last eight years of his life to the field of addiction and recovery. Earlier on in his career, he devoted himself to alleviating the suffering of troubled children and youth, as a child and youth worker for several years, assisting youth that endured trauma and neglect throughout their lives.

He has done extensive individual and group work with persons dealing with addiction. His wealth of experience and depth of knowledge enables him to provide clear, nurturing and honest support. He is an avid believer that if any person suffering from addiction applies themselves completely to a program of recovery in all areas of their life they need not suffer and can live a life without the obsession to use substances. His dedication to this field has become a dominating passion in his life and his aim is to work alongside anyone who is willing to change.

   
Valerie Hodson

VALERIE HODSON, CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Valerie has 20 years of clinical experience working in the area of substance abuse and concurrent disorders. She has extensive clinical experience working with individuals, families and groups within an outpatient clinic, school based prevention program, and a withdrawal management center.  Valerie has presented addiction workshops within a community and university setting for the public and professional sector. She has completed studies in addiction, trauma, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotionally focused therapy and solution focused therapy. Valerie has provided supervision for students of Social Work, Child and Youth Care, and Criminology. Her passion is in the area of human potential for resiliency and capacity building.

   
Bronwyn Naylor

BRONWYN NAYLOR, DIRECTOR OF FAMILY SERVICES

Bronwyn Naylor has worked with individuals trying to overcome and face their life challenges for over seven years. She is experienced individual counselling and group work with children, victims, and perpetrators of domestic violence. Bronwyn has worked at First Nations Child Protection agencies and an agency that has group home and foster homes for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. She has been involved in International Social Work where she worked for People’s Watch, an NGO in Madurai, India that monitored human rights violations and established programs for the prevention and treatment of victims of torture. She has traveled and volunteered in over 25 countries and worked for the moral and spiritual education of children, youth, and adults.

Bronwyn has a Bachelors degree in Social Development Studies, a Bachelor of Social Work, and Masters of Social Work in the Aboriginal Field of Study. She works from a Wholistic Healing Practice paradigm that examines the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well being of an individual and their connection to their families, communities, and higher power. She is most interested in the power of choice and free will to transform suffering into opportunities for growth and empowerment.
